Transaction Timeline

• Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) for acquisition of SBL's API business was executed as per intimation dated September 17, 2024
• Original expected completion date: December 31, 2024
• Closing date was previously extended to June 30, 2026 via mutual agreement (intimation dated December 24, 2025)
• SBL is still completing certain conditions precedent under the BTA
• Company and SBL have executed a letter to extend closing date to September 30, 2026
• Transaction is now expected to be completed on or before September 30, 2026
