Zydus Lifesciences Reappoints MD, Appoints Independent Director

Zydus Lifesciences Board approves reappointment of Dr. Sharvil P. Patel as Managing Director for 5 years effective April 1, 2027.
Board appoints Mr. Kulin S. Lalbhai as Additional and Independent Director for 5 years effective May 19, 2026.
Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval via special resolution at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Dr. Patel is son of Chairman Mr. Pankaj R. Patel; Mr. Lalbhai has no inter-se relationship with other directors.
