5paisa Capital reported Q4FY26 consolidated PAT of ₹10.8 crore, up 7% YoY, with income at ₹85.5 crore, up 20% YoY.
The company raised ₹468.8 crore through a rights issue in April 2026 by issuing 1.56 crore equity shares.
5paisa onboarded 1.03 lakh new clients in Q4, taking total registered customers to 51.8 lakhs.
