3. Director Appointment
Appointed Mr. Akshay Harshvadan Sheth (DIN: 12026349) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent) of the Company with effect from October 30, 2026, subject to approval of members in the general meeting. His term is proposed for 5 years from October 30, 2026 to October 29, 2031, pending shareholder approval.
Director Profile: Mr. Akshay Harshvadan Sheth is a Post graduate in Science, holds a Diploma in sales and Marketing, and an MBA in Marketing with over 45 years of experience in marketing and HR. He is skilled in verifying financial records, conducting bank visits, and ensuring compliance. He is not related to any existing Director/KMP of the Company.
