Trading Window Closure
The company has implemented a trading window closure in compliance with Regulation 9 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window has been closed since April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ending March 31, 2026.
The closure applies to all connected persons, officers, designated employees, insiders, directors of the Company, and their immediate relatives, including but not limited to the persons specified in the Company's Code of Conduct.
