ABM Industries (NYSE:ABM) announced fiscal third‑quarter 2026 results that were in line with analyst expectations. Over the nine‑month period ending July 31, 2026, operating cash flow totaled $275.0 million and free cash flow $199.6 million, up from $101.0 million and $42.4 million respectively in the prior year. The company consequently raised its full‑year operating cash‑flow outlook to approximately $300 million and its free‑cash‑flow outlook to about $210 million, an increase of roughly $25 million from the previous guidance.
The full‑year adjusted EPS guidance was revised to a range of $3.95 to $4.10, with a midpoint of $4.03, slightly above the analyst consensus of $4.00 and narrower than the prior $3.85‑$4.15 range. Total leverage stood at 2.9 × at quarter‑end.
Shares closed 7.5 % higher on Tuesday, though after‑hours trading was flat. In a statement, President and Chief Executive Officer Scott Salmirs said the quarter reflected "strong operational and financial performance, including record quarterly revenue, robust EPS growth and substantial cash generation."
