Adani Green Energy Reports Record 5.1 GW Capacity Addition

Adani Green Energy approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026, with unmodified audit opinions.
The Board reappointed three Independent Directors and approved new statutory auditor appointments, internal auditor changes, and senior management transitions.
Standalone FY26 revenue was ₹19,460 crore with PAT of ₹604 crore; consolidated revenue was ₹13,819 crore with PAT of ₹1,987 crore.
Operational capacity grew 35% YoY to 19.3 GW with 5.1 GW greenfield addition and industry-leading 91% EBITDA margin from power supply.
