Adani Power reported Q4 FY26 EBITDA of INR6,498 crore, a 27% YoY increase, driven by new PPAs and operational efficiency.
The company secured a 1,600 MW PPA with Maharashtra DISCOM at INR5.30/unit, bringing total tied-up expansion capacity to 13.3 GW.
FY27 capex is planned at INR25,000 crore to commission the 1.32 GW Korba Phase-II project, with Mahan Phase-II (1.6 GW) expected in FY28.
Management forecasts strong power demand growth in FY27 and targets achieving INR50,000 crore EBITDA by FY31 through a 42 GW capacity goal.
