Ador Welding reported Q4 FY26 revenue growth of 3% YoY and an EBITDA of INR 38 crores, a 200 bps improvement.
The company recovered INR 14 crores from an old Kuwait project and is targeting a 100-200 bps EBITDA margin improvement going forward.
Management announced the realignment of the loss-making Flares division into the main welding business and outlined a capex plan of INR 30-35 crores for FY27.
