1. Approved the Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026

2. The financial results were accompanied by Limited Review Reports received from the Statutory Auditors of Aeroflex Industries Limited pursuant to Regulation 33(3) of SEBI LODR 2015

3. In-Principle approval for the Amalgamation of Hyd-Air Engineering Private Limited with Aeroflex Industries Limited

• Hyd-Air Engineering Private Limited is a wholly-owned Subsidiary of Aeroflex Industries Limited
• Amalgamation to be pursued under Section 233 of the Companies Act, 2013
• Appointed date for the amalgamation: April 01, 2026
