Affle 3i Q4 FY26 Revenue Up 20.3% YoY

The company announced a preferential issue of warrants to raise ~INR 11 billion from promoter Affle Holdings to bolster its balance sheet for potential acquisitions.

Full-year FY26 revenue was INR 27.1 billion, with EBITDA at INR 6.10 billion and PAT at INR 4.55 billion, growing 19.5%, 26.3%, and 19.1% YoY respectively.
