Agthia Group PJSC reported its third‑quarter 2026 results, showing revenue of AED 1.3 billion, a 14.4% year‑on‑year increase that incorporates AED 104.7 million of one‑off sales; on an underlying basis revenue grew 5.2%. EBITDA rose 39.0% to AED 123.1 million and net profit climbed to AED 33.2 million, up from AED 4.1 million in the comparable quarter last year, which had included impairment charges in the Snacking segment.

For the first nine months of 2026, total revenue reached AED 3.9 billion, a 9.6% rise, while EBITDA increased 36.7% to AED 433.6 million and net profit tripled to AED 154.6 million. Free cash flow turned positive at AED 212.1 million, reversing the outflow recorded in the same period a year earlier. Net debt‑to‑EBITDA improved to 2.4× from 2.9× at December 2025, and cash balances stood at AED 536.2 million.

Segment performance: Water & Food revenue grew 36.7%, boosted by one‑off food‑security sales in Q3; core UAE Water revenue, excluding one‑offs, was up 8.0% and Home and Office Services rose 12.9%, with additional contribution from Turkey and Kuwait. Higher PET, freight and distribution costs pressured segment margins. Agri‑Business revenue increased 10.5% driven by an 18.3% rise in feed sales, but segment EBITDA fell 39.3% to AED 31.4 million and EBITDA margin contracted by 807 basis points due to input‑cost pressures and higher distribution costs. Snacking continued its profitability reset, with gross margin improving by 613 basis points and gains across all businesses in the quarter.

Abu Auf recorded a 21.7% revenue increase, added 69 net stores during the year and captured an additional 1.0 percentage point of value share in ground coffee; segment EBITDA reached AED 23.8 million, reversing a loss recorded a year earlier that included impairment charges. The Al Foah reset remains on track and the BMB transformation progressed, although regional logistics disruptions affected export sales during the quarter.

Protein & Frozen revenue rose 25.1% in Q3, with growth across every business line, led by the Nabil brand at 25.3%; Agthia’s expanded Saudi facility nearly quadrupled protein sales in the Kingdom.

Chairman Khalifa Sultan Al Suwaidi stated that recent supply‑chain strains highlighted the value of resilient food companies and expressed confidence in the Board’s focus on long‑term shareholder value. Managing Director and CEO Salmeen Alameri emphasized that the transformation programme is delivering stronger portfolio discipline, that decisive actions are being taken to mitigate input‑ and logistics‑related headwinds, and that investments in innovation, data and digital capabilities are positioning Agthia to compete effectively in a volatile environment.
