Board Meeting Details
A Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 14, 2026. The primary agenda includes consideration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board may also address any other business matters.
Trading Window Closure
Pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed from July 01, 2026. The closure will remain effective until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This affects all persons specified under the Code.
Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process Status
The company is undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. This follows an order dated June 19, 2026 passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Jaipur Bench, which appointed Mr. Praveen Kumar Singhal as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP).
Subsequently, Dr. Kailash Shantilal Choudhari, one of the Promoters of the Company, filed an appeal (Company Appeal (AT) (Insolvency) No. 1095 of 2026) before the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (NCLAT).
Vide its order dated June 30, 2026, the Hon'ble NCLAT directed that the IRP shall not take any further steps in the CIRP process. The Company shall continue to operate under the supervision of the IRP but with the assistance of the Appellant (Dr. Choudhari), other officers, and employees of the Company.
