Alldigi Tech Q4 FY26 Net Profit Rises 82.6% YoY

• Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026 with unmodified auditor opinion.
• Standalone Q4 net profit increased 82.6% YoY to ₹20.03 crore, while FY26 profit rose 6.6% to ₹73.82 crore.
• Company declared two interim dividends of ₹30 per share each during FY26 and recorded exceptional items from new labour codes.
• Consolidated FY26 revenue grew 9.6% to ₹598.68 crore with net profit of ₹82.23 crore, representing 8,223 lakhs.
