Amal Ltd FY26 Results: Profit Decline, 15% Dividend

Amal Ltd reported FY26 standalone net profit of ₹453.86 lakh, a 34% decrease from ₹687.52 lakh in FY25, on revenue of ₹8,490.92 lakh.
The Board recommended a final dividend of 15% (₹1.50 per share) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on August 14, 2026.
The Board reappointed Rajeev Kumar as Managing Director and Jyotin Mehta as Independent Director for five-year terms effective March 2027 and April 2027, respectively.
