1. To consider and approve Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Half year ended on 30th September, 2026 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

2. Any other agenda with the permission of Chair.

Trading Window Status

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is currently closed for Promoters, Directors and Employees of the Company. The trading window will re-open after 48 hours subsequent to declaration of financial results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2026.
