Subsidiary Update

Regulatory and Legal Matter Resolution
The company received closure orders from the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board (APPCB) on April 30, 2021, for its plants in Karakambadi, Tirupati, and Nunegundlapalli Village, Chittoor District.
The APPCB issued orders on July 18, 2026, revoking the closure orders for a period of one year, subject to the withdrawal of the writ petition filed by the company. The company withdrew the writ petitions, and they were disposed of by the Hon'ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh on August 6, 2026.
