Recommended a final dividend of 15% (₹0.75 per share) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on 30th June 2026.
Re-appointed U.D. Kachare & Co. as Internal Auditor and Sark & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditor for five years.
