Amir Chand Q3 PAT Soars 94% YoY to ₹34.7 Cr

Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar reported Q3 FY26 revenue of ₹571.2 Cr, up 15% YoY, with PAT surging 94% to ₹34.7 Cr.
EBITDA grew 39.2% YoY to ₹75 Cr in Q3, while 9M FY26 revenue reached ₹1,592.5 Cr with 12% growth.
The company successfully completed an IPO raising ₹440 Cr to strengthen its balance sheet for future expansion.
Management cited improved margins from operational efficiency and structural shift from unorganized to organized market.
