Anand Rathi Wealth FY26 PAT Up 28%, Announces Bonus Issue

Anand Rathi Wealth reported FY26 consolidated PAT growth of 28% YoY to ₹386 crores and revenue growth of 22% YoY to ₹1,198 crores.
The Board approved a 1:1 bonus issue and declared a final dividend of ₹7 per share, subject to shareholder approval.
AUM grew 21% YoY to ₹93,037 crores, supported by net inflows of ₹13,457 crores and active client families increasing 14% to 13,395.
Management provided guidance of 20-25% long-term growth and highlighted a Return on Equity of 46.7% for the fiscal year.
