Antala Industries Limited – H1 FY27 Results and IPO Announcement
Antala Industries Limited, a Rajkot‑based manufacturer of BOPP laminated bags and polypropylene woven packaging products, disclosed its financial performance for the six months ended 30 September 2026 (H1 FY27). The company recorded revenue from operations of ₹30.11 crore and total revenue of ₹30.20 crore. Profit after tax (PAT) for the period was ₹4.19 crore, while earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) amounted to ₹5.76 crore, delivering an EBITDA margin of 19.12 %.
For the full fiscal year 2025‑26 (FY26), Antala reported revenue from operations of ₹47.40 crore, up from ₹31.85 crore in FY25, indicating robust year‑on‑year growth. EBITDA for FY26 was ₹6.15 crore, compared with ₹2.83 crore in FY25, and PAT increased to ₹4.24 crore from ₹1.81 crore a year earlier. The EBITDA margin improved to 12.97 % in FY26 from 9.34 % in FY25.
Across the three financial years FY2023‑24 to FY2025‑26, revenue from operations grew from ₹12.51 crore in FY24 to ₹47.40 crore in FY26, while PAT rose from ₹0.89 crore to ₹4.24 crore over the same period.
As of 30 September 2026, the balance sheet showed total assets of ₹34.88 crore and net worth of ₹22.17 crore. Long‑term borrowings stood at ₹1.44 crore and short‑term borrowings at ₹0.31 crore, bringing total borrowings to approximately ₹1.75 crore.
The company also announced its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO will raise ₹23.33 crore through a fresh issue of 34.82 lakh equity shares. The issue opens on 29 October 2026 and will close on 2 November 2026, with allotment expected on 3 November 2026. Shares will be listed on the BSE SME platform, tentatively on 5 November 2026. The price band is set at ₹63–₹67 per share, with a lot size of 2,000 shares; at the upper end of the band, the minimum retail application of 4,000 shares equals ₹2,68,000. Vatsa Capital Venture Pvt. Ltd. is appointed as the book‑running lead manager, and Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. serves as the registrar.
