Apollo Hospitals Q4 PAT Up 36% YoY to ₹529 Crore

Apollo Hospitals reported strong FY26 results with consolidated revenue up 16% YoY to ₹25,229 crore and PAT up 34% to ₹1,942 crore.
Board recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share (200%) and approved re-appointments of Dr. Prathap C Reddy and Ms. Rama Bijapurkar.
Approved divestment of Apollo Fertility and Cradle subsidiaries to Cloudnine for ₹1,550 crore enterprise value via cash and 9.9% equity stake.
Board approved merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Apollo Hospitals North Limited into the parent company to consolidate operations.
