A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 24th October 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Half Year and Quarter ended 30th September, 2026.

In view of the board meeting for financial results consideration:
