Key Financial Highlights

Revenue Growth: The company achieved its best-ever Q1 performance with total revenue of ₹253.5 crore, representing 88.6% year-over-year growth from ₹134.5 crore in Q1 FY2026. However, revenue declined 14.5% quarter-over-quarter from ₹296.4 crore in Q4 FY2026.

Profitability Metrics:

  • EBITDA increased 31.3% YoY to ₹53.7 crore from ₹40.9 crore, though it declined 20.6% QoQ from ₹67.6 crore
  • PAT showed strong growth of 42.6% YoY to ₹25.2 crore from ₹17.7 crore, but declined 31.5% QoQ from ₹36.8 crore

Earnings Per Share Context: The diluted EPS of ₹0.8 for Q1 FY2027 represents growth of 33.3% from ₹0.6 in Q1 FY2026. The company noted that the weighted average number of equity shares outstanding increased by over 11% from 33,35,32,454 shares as on 30 June 2025 to 37,15,99,512 shares as on 30 June 2026 due to preferential allotment. Despite this dilution, EPS improved, indicating that profitability growth outpaced the increase in share capital.
