International Business: Demonstrated resilience serving diverse learner segments across Africa, Middle East, SAARC, and other international markets.

Institutional Business (EBG): Witnessed significant turnaround driven by successful execution of large-scale assessment and examination projects for government and institutional clients, resulting in higher examination volumes and improved billing and collections. Training business within EBG showed encouraging early signs of growth.

Regulatory Context: Mentioned 2026 amendment to Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, imposing responsibility on entities involved in public examinations space.
