Aptus Value Housing Q4 PAT Up 26% YoY

Aptus Value Housing reported Q4 FY26 net profit of ₹261 Cr, up 26% YoY, with AUM reaching ₹13,107 Cr.
FY26 disbursements grew 11% to ₹4,009 Cr, while asset quality saw GNPA increase to 1.52% from 1.19% in FY25.
The company plans 22-24% AUM growth in FY27 through branch expansion in Maharashtra, Odisha and existing markets.
