Aqylon Nexus Board Meeting for Q1 FY27 Results

Aqylon Nexus Limited has intimated that a Meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 7, 2026.

The Board will consider and approve the following agenda items:

• Un-Audited Financial Result (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
• Any other business with the permission of the Chairperson.

Additionally, the company has implemented a trading window closure for dealing in securities pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window closure commenced on July 1, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This closure applies to all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives as defined in the Company's Code.
