Financial Results Approval
The Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 13, 2026 (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM) approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Dividend and Annual General Meeting
The Company will close the register of members and transfer books from September 16, 2026 to September 18, 2026 (both days inclusive) for determining members eligible for dividend distribution and the Annual General Meeting.
The 34th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 18, 2026 at 3:00 PM through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The Registered Office at 1/F Laxmi Industrial Estate, New Link Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400053 will be deemed as the venue.
Key Appointments
Cost Auditor Appointment: Mr. Dilip M Bathija (FRN 100106) was appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27. He has over three decades of experience in audit, cost accounting, and taxation across textiles, steel, chemicals, fertilizers, and petroleum industries.
Statutory Auditors Appointment: M/s. KNAV & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 120458W/W100679) were appointed as Statutory Auditors for a 5-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the 34th AGM. The firm has 26+ years of experience, received a 'Clean Peer Review Report' valid until August 31, 2027, and has Level IV firm rating in AQMM 1.0 review.
Senior Management Appointment: Dr. Ashish Kumar Tiwari was appointed as CEO-Green Segment effective August 14, 2026. He brings 30 years of experience in business generation and management, particularly in international business across industrial products, chemicals, packaging, auto-components, and service industry. He holds a PhD in Management from Symbiosis International University, Pune, and was previously Vice President-Marketing at the company.

Auditor Review
The financial results were reviewed by Haribhakti & Co. LLP (ICAI Firm Registration No. 103523W/W100048) who expressed an unmodified conclusion. Four subsidiaries with total revenues of ₹1,493 lakhs and net profit of ₹398 lakhs were reviewed by other auditors. Two subsidiaries with revenues of ₹9 lakhs and one associate with nil contribution were not reviewed but considered immaterial.
