Arvind SmartSpaces reported its highest ever quarterly booking value of ₹612 Cr in Q4 FY26, a 61% YoY increase.
Full-year FY26 performance hit a record ₹1,550 Cr in bookings and ₹1,100 Cr in collections, growing 22% and 17% YoY respectively.
The company significantly expanded its portfolio, adding new projects with a cumulative top-line potential of ~₹3,140 Cr during FY26.
Strong operating cash flow of ₹417 Cr for FY26 was reported, alongside a recommended final dividend of ₹2.25 per equity share.
