Additionally, in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition on Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for all Directors, Officers, Designated Employees, and their Immediate Relatives (collectively "Insiders") since July 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
