Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API): Achieved EBITDA positivity and cash break-even through Atlas Life Sciences with revenue of ₹112.94 crore and volume growth of ~18% CAGR over past three years.
Corporate Actions & Leadership
Board recommended final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share (15% of face value ₹10) for FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at 36th AGM. Record date fixed as September 23, 2026.
