Ashoka Buildcon FY26 Net Profit Up 62% YoY

Ashoka Buildcon reported audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, approved by the board.
Standalone net profit increased to ₹4,885.56 lakhs in Q4 FY26 from ₹5,963.35 lakhs in Q4 FY25, while FY26 profit rose 62% to ₹32,043.65 lakhs.
The board appointed M/s Hiran Surana and M/s Suresh Surana & Co. as joint internal auditors and M/s S. R. Bhargave & Associates as cost auditors for FY2026-27.
Auditors issued an unmodified opinion but highlighted an emphasis of matter regarding an ongoing regulatory matter sub-judice before the CBI court in Bihar.
