The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider, approve, and take on record the Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the first quarter ended 30th June 2026.
The company also confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company remains closed for insiders, as previously intimated via letter dated 26th June 2026. The trading window closure period began on Wednesday, 1st July 2026 and will continue until 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforementioned Board Meeting.
