ASM Technologies FY26 Revenue Surges 83% to ₹529 Cr

ASM Technologies reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹528.5 Cr, up 83% YoY, with PAT at ₹60.8 Cr, a 138% increase.
The company invested in strategic acquisitions, acquiring 20% in Myelin Foundry (₹48 Cr) and 51% in Asmaitha Wireless (₹80 Cr).
ASM received ECMS approval for a ₹565 Cr investment and commissioned three new manufacturing facilities, expanding its global footprint to seven plants.
