Aster DM Healthcare reported Q4 FY26 revenue of INR 1,182 crores, an 18% YoY increase, with Operating EBITDA growing 26% to INR 244 crores.
The company provided a proforma view of its merger with Quality Care India Limited (QCIL), showing combined FY26 revenue of INR 9,273 crores and Operating EBITDA of INR 2,013 crores.
Aster's expansion strategy includes adding 2,500 beds over the next few years, with 290 beds added in FY26, taking total capacity to 5,449 beds across 20 hospitals in India.
The merger with QCIL received 96.7% shareholder approval and is awaiting final NCLT approval, expected to be completed within Q1 FY27.
