Strategic Developments

Demerger Plan: The Board has given in-principle approval to demerge the Space, Meteorology, and Hydrology business undertakings into a separate entity. The final decision on structure, share exchange ratio, and terms will be taken after receiving reports from consultants.

Management Changes: Mr. S. Gurunatha Reddy will step down as Managing Director effective September 30, 2026, and continue as Executive Director. Dr. M. V. Reddy will assume the role of Managing Director from October 1, 2026, subject to Board approval.

R&D Investment: R&D expenditure increased to ₹58 Cr in FY26 from ₹23 Cr in FY21.
