Subsequent Events

  • Received ₹100 million from a third party in July 2026 as compensation for commercial losses, recognized as other income. Determined as non-adjusting event after reporting period.

Manufacturing Site Update

Operations at the manufacturing site in Bangalore have ceased (since Q1 FY2025-26) and the company is in the process of sale of assets related to the manufacturing site.
