Atlanta Electricals reported audited FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,851.52 crore, up 48.8% year-on-year, with PAT surging 70.1% to ₹201.77 crore.
Q4 FY26 delivered the highest-ever quarterly performance with revenue of ₹747.62 crore and an EBITDA margin of 19.99%, a significant expansion from previous periods.
The company achieved full deleveraging by repaying all acquisition term loans and received critical PGCIL approval for 400 kV transformer manufacturing at its Vadod facility.
The order book stood strong at ₹2,493 crore as of 31st March 2026, with a total installed manufacturing capacity of 63,060 MVA across five facilities.
