AUB Group Ltd – FY2026 Results and Outlook

AUB Group Ltd, the Australian insurance broking and underwriting group, announced that its underlying net profit after tax for the twelve months to 30 June 2026 reached A$224.6 million, representing an increase from A$200.2 million recorded in the prior fiscal year. Underlying earnings per share rose to 183.69 cents, up from 171.75 cents a year earlier.

The reported (GAAP) net profit after tax, however, declined to A$96.0 million from A$180.1 million in FY2025, a reduction driven by an A$68.3 million impairment charge. The company attributed the underlying profit growth primarily to its International division, which delivered revenue gains in the marine and aviation segments and achieved cost reductions, while the Australian Broking unit also posted a strong performance.

AUB declared a fully franked final dividend of 71.0 cents per share, higher than the previous year’s 66.0 cents. The total dividend for the year amounted to 98.0 cents per share, reflecting a 7.7% increase over FY2025.

Looking ahead, AUB forecast underlying net profit after tax for FY2027 to lie between A$245 million and A$265 million, which corresponds to a growth range of 9.1% to 18.0% relative to FY2026.
