Avadh Sugar reported audited FY26 results with annual net profit of ₹5,730.53 lakhs and recommended a final dividend of ₹10 per share.
Q4 FY26 net profit was ₹5,561.23 lakhs, down 22% from ₹7,167.67 lakhs in Q4 FY25, while revenue remained stable at ₹67,061.33 lakhs.
The Board appointed Amit Dalal as Independent Director and re-appointed Somnath Mukherjee as Cost Auditor for FY26-27.
Exceptional items included ₹210.26 lakhs expense for New Labour Codes implementation and ₹989.39 lakhs differential power revenue recognition.
