In continuation of the company's previous communication dated 24th June, 2026 regarding closure of the Trading Window, the disclosure reiterates that in accordance with the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by insiders, the Trading Window for trading in the Securities of the Company has been closed since June 24, 2026. The Trading Window will re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2026.
