Axita Cotton FY26 Audited Results Net Profit Decline

Axita Cotton submitted audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026, approved by the board on April 20, 2026.
FY26 total comprehensive income fell to ₹283.78 lakh from ₹1,111.37 lakh in FY25, with revenue declining to ₹37,181.05 lakh from ₹46,756.42 lakh.
The board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.05 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
Company allotted 3,47,22,832 bonus shares in February 2026, increasing paid-up capital to ₹38,24,95,333 from ₹34,77,72,501.
