Corporate Actions
During the quarter ended June 30, 2026:
- The Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) approved allotment of 178,200 fully paid-up equity shares (face value ₹1 each) to eligible employees upon exercise of vested options under the Employee Stock Option Plan-2023.
