AYM Syntex FY26 Net Profit ₹6.56 Crore

AYM Syntex Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2026.
Standalone FY26 net profit was ₹6.56 crore on total income of ₹137.56 crore, with basic EPS of ₹1.12.
Auditors Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified opinion on both standalone and consolidated financial results.
The Board also noted progress on the merger with Mandawewala Enterprises Limited, pending NCLT and shareholder approvals.
