Capital‑market developments include final approval from the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, conveyed through an official circular dated 4 November 2026, for the migration of Baheti’s equity shares from the NSE SME Emerge platform to the Capital Main Board, effective 6 November 2026. The company has also satisfied all requirements for direct listing and trading of its shares on the BSE Main Board.
Commenting on the results, Mr. Yash Shah, Joint Managing Director of Baheti Recycling Industries Limited, described the first half of FY27 as a defining period, highlighting the doubling of standalone net profit to ₹19.08 crore and the near‑68% revenue growth as evidence of strong market positioning and operational leverage.
