Full-year revenue declined 7.6% YoY to ₹4,462 crore, with the Consumer Products segment down 12.2% and Lighting Solutions up 9.5%.
The company maintained a strong balance sheet with cash and equivalents of ₹934 crore and generated ₹619 crore in operating cash flow for FY26.
