Bajaj Housing Finance reported Q4 FY26 investor presentation with AUM growth of 23% YoY to ₹140,706 crore.
Profit before tax grew 20% YoY to ₹866 crore, while profit after tax increased 14% to ₹669 crore, normalized to 20% excluding a one-time tax benefit.
Asset quality remained stable with GNPA at 0.27% and NNPA at 0.11%, while capital adequacy stood strong at 22.46%.
Disbursements grew 23% YoY to ₹17,506 crore, driven by home loans (up 18%) and lease rental discounting (up 44%).
