Bank of Maharashtra has issued a regulatory disclosure regarding an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026.

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Bank's Code of Conduct, the trading window for dealing in the Bank's securities has been closed for Directors, Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and Connected Persons since July 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The communication is addressed to both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for information and appropriate dissemination.
