Bansal Roofing Products Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure to BSE Limited regarding an upcoming board meeting. The meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Monday, August 10, 2026 through video conference.
The board will consider the following business items:
- Approval of the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2026
- Adoption of the Limited Review Report of the Auditor's thereon
- Consideration of recommendation of final dividend, if any, for Financial Year 2025-26
- Any other business with the permission of chairman of meeting
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 & 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company had previously informed via letter dated June 23, 2026 (BRPL/SEC/2026/10) that the trading window for dealing in the Company's Securities by designated persons and their immediate relatives was closed from July 01, 2026. This closure will remain in effect until the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company, as required under the Code of Conduct under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
