Banswara Syntex FY26 Revenue Rs 1,355.8 Cr, PAT Up 32.8%

Banswara Syntex FY26 standalone revenue grew to Rs 1,355.8 crore with PAT increasing 32.8% YoY to Rs 28.4 crore, driven by strong garment division growth.
Garment division revenue surged 40% YoY in Q4 to Rs 96 crore with capacity utilization improving from 46% in FY25 to 72% in FY26.
Company recommended a 20% dividend payout of Rs 3.42 crore and provided FY27 revenue guidance of Rs 1,450-1,500 crore with EBITDA margins of 10.5-11%.
Exceptional expense of Rs 8.9 crore recorded due to increased employee benefit obligations from recent labour law changes.
